What: Oregon MUFON meetings
Where: Bourne Plaza, 1441 S.E. 122nd Ave., Portland, Oregon
When: Usually the second Tuesday of the month from 7 to 9 PM. For 2008, the scheduled meetings are January 8, February 12, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 11, and December 9.
Oregon MUFON currently has monthly meetings in the downstairs conference room at Bourne Plaza. This is a business complex on the west side of S.E. 122nd St. across from a Portland Fire Bureau station between S.E. Stark and S.E. Division streets. The entrance door is marked with number 1441 and is on the north side of the parking lot.
We start the meeting promptly at 7:00 PM. We generally have a specific topic to discuss at each meeting, but there is also some time for general discussion. Many times we have a formal "five minutes for each person" session, just to give the "shy" people a chance to speak if they want to.
If you would like to join us for dinner before the meeting, meet us at the Thai Garden Restaurant, 620 S.E. 122nd Ave., at about 5:45 PM. The restaurant is located just south of Stark Street next to the Bank of America branch.
